“Don’t order food. There’s food at home.”
He opened the fridge, stared inside for 10 seconds, and asked, “What should we order?”
My dad gave a full lecture about wasting money on food delivery and said there was more than enough food at home. Five minutes later, he opened the fridge, inspected every box like a customs officer, closed it slowly and asked: “Shall we order biryani?” Apparently, food at home only exists until someone actually has to eat it.
